Performance

Both models offer two engines. In the Nautilus, start with a 2.0-liter I4 engine producing 250-horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, or choose the Black Label and get a V6 engine that delivers 350-horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque. The Corsair kicks off with a 2.0-liter I4 engine delivering 250-horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque and kicks up to 290-horsepower in the higher trim. Both models come with multiple drive modes:

  • Corsair: Normal, Excite, Conserve, Slippery, and Deep
  • Nautilus: Comfort, Normal, and Sport

Gear shift buttons are a little different between the models. The Corsair has a Piano Key shifter, and the Nautilus has a set of oblong side buttons which leaves the Corsair feeling a bit more modern.

Design

The most notable difference between the Lincoln Corsair and Nautilus is size. The Nautilus offers more space for passengers, but if you prefer a more compact luxury SUV without having to sacrifice features, the Corsair may be the better choice. Both models are offered in three trims:

  • Corsair: base Corsair, Reserve, and Grand Touring

  • Nautilus: Standard, Reserve, and Black label
 

Interior

The Corsair and Nautilus both include loads of luxury trimmings such as power-adjustable leather seats, polished chrome, and wood finishes.

Seat controls are located on the door instead of the lower side of the seats for more accessible adjustments. There are memory settings for owners with multiple drivers to save their custom-fit driving positions, and with a tap of one button, you'll be in your favorite seat configuration and and on the road.

Cargo space in the Corsair is 28 cubic feet, compared to 37 cubic feet in the Nautilus, which means both models can haul loads of groceries, luggage, strollers, or road trip gear. The Nautilus is 9″ longer, 2″ wider, and 2″ taller, providing a bit more legroom for rear passengers and overall space per person.

Technology

As the Lincoln Corsair is among the newest in the Lincolns SUV lineup, it includes some high-tech features. Using the Lincoln Way app, you can use your mobile device as the key for the vehicle.

The Nautilus doesn't include the Lincoln Way app but does provide similar functions and capabilities, including a remote starter, virtual vehicle stat check, and activate Wi-Fi remotely.

Safety

In the safety department, the Lincoln Corsair and Nautilus include Lincoln Co-Pilot360 as standard. This system includes blind-spot detection, cross-traffic alert, automatic emergency braking, pre-collision assist, pedestrian detection, dynamic brake support, forward collision warning, lane-keeping assist, automatic high beams, and a rearview camera.

The optional Lincoln Co-Pilot36 Plus system offers extra capabilities like a 360-degree camera, park and steering assist, reverse brake assist, adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist, stop-and-go lane centering, and speed sign recognition.
